Aftercare
Our service doesn’t end after the delivery of your device. We believe it’s important that you (or your child) can function well with your device every day. We are happy to resolve any issues with your device as quickly as possible, so feel free to call us!


Follow-up appointments
During your visit, we usually schedule a follow-up appointment right away to ensure you are helped in a timely manner. For a prosthetic leg, you are typically called for aftercare after one year. If something is wrong with your device in the meantime, please feel free to call. We will then immediately schedule a service appointment and see how we can assist you.

Contact us immediately
Contact us immediately if:
- Pressure spots or skin issues develop;
- The device makes unusual sounds;
- The device is too tight;
- The device is too loose (for a corrective helmet, it may tilt slightly at first because your baby needs to grow into it).
