Reimbursements
Prosthesis are covered by the basic health insurance. Unfortunately, sports blades and cranial remolding helmets are usually not covered as standard by the health insurer. We would like to tell you more about reimbursements.

Maintenance of your device
Of course you want to prevent unpleasant smells and skin infections. Proper maintenance of your prosthesis or orthosis is therefore important.

Aftercare
Our service doesn’t end after the delivery of your device. We want you to be able to walk or function well with your prosthesis or orthosis every day. Therefore, we are happy to resolve any issues with your device as quickly as possible, so you can continue doing the everyday tasks that matter most to you.

Emergencies after business hours
We are not available on weekends or evenings. If you experience an issue outside of our business hours, such as you’re not able to take your prosthesis off, please check what you can do in case of an emergency outside of our business hours.
